Brass Hand Bell - School Bell

My mother loved bells. She had many unique and antique bells. One of her favorites was a large steel hand / school bell. She would ring it when it was time for dinner and we kids could hear the bell clearly one full block away.

My wife use to play hand bells at our church Christmas mass. She really enjoyed doing this every Christmas.

When I saw your hand bell,/school bell, I purchased one for my wife as a nod to her bell playing and also as a remembrance of the school bell my mother use to have.
