Bevin Bells specializes in custom imprinted bells

This feature is very popular with schools, clubs, sports teams, races, and charitable events to name a few. They are a great way to cheer on your favorite team or athlete, or wonderful keepsakes for members of the group, and they make unique awards for top competitors (we can paint gold, silver and bronze/copper). Since we are 100% American made right at our factory in CT, we can do most anything to meet your needs. (We do have a 25 unit minimum for customizing, otherwise there is a $15 surcharge.)

Please note that custom orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete depending on time of year and complexity and size of the order. If you have a specific deadline, please call us so we can work with you on meeting your time frame.

We offer customizing on 7 different varieties of bells in multiple sizes and configurations. We are certain to have just the bell you need at a price you can afford. And with much better sound and quality than most imports! Here on the website, your options are denoted by the “Customize Me” link in the product’s description.

Select Your Base Elements

We offer a number of standard colors but we can match almost any color you choose (sometimes for an added cost). Depending on the style of bell you select, you can choose various colors of straps, cords, or handles. If you want complex customization or some other element you don’t see offered here, give us a call and we’ll work it out together. That’s the benefit of working with a Made-in-America company!

Prepare Your Artwork or Inscription

Once you’ve added your bells to your cart for pricing, give us a call to arrange the artwork with you. Custom imprints of logos, designs, words, or all of the above are available. For some styles options can be more complex, like printing on multiple sides. Let’s discuss, we want to make sure we get it just right!

Custom Imprinting

Make your bells unique! Our in-house imprinting capabilities allow us to imprint in 1, 2, or 3-color, and, in some cases, 4-color. We can accept custom artwork in the form of .pdf, .jpg, .eps, and .tif. We do require a minimum order of 25 units for imprinting, otherwise there will be a $15 surcharge for orders less then 25 units.

How Custom Imprinting works

First, choose an imprintable bell from our wide selection of products – they are marked with a “Customize” tag
Next, decide on your base color (see standard base colors below or call us if you need to match a different color) – we powder coat all our bells for a durable, high-quality finish
Review our Artwork Requirements and prepare your imprint art
Decide your # of colors, and color choices.
Give us a call to create your custom order with you.
Bevin will then create a digital sample for your approval and email it to you
Upon your written/emailed approval, we will initiate the manufacturing process

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a dry finishing process for a high-quality, durable finish. Used as a functional and decorative finish, our powder coatings are available in a selection of standard colors, as well as optional color matching. These color options are environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and tough! It looks great, and it lasts a long, long time.

If you need a custom color match, we can match most for a nominal fee.

Because we control all of our manufacturing processes in our East Hampton, CT facility, we have the ability to create customized modifications for our customers. Give us a call to start customizing your unique bell order.

Types of Handles

Our brass hand bells all come with finished oak handles, but for our steel hand bells, you can choose the type of wooden handle you prefer – finished oak, lacquered black, or lacquered red. All handles are washable.

Types of Cords

Colorful satin cording (red, green, black or white) is available on certain bells. If you want a special color, call us – we may be able to do that on larger orders.

Types of Straps

You can choose either wrist straps (our most popular option) or longer neck-straps. Straps are 1″ wide cloth. Neck straps are only available in black, while wrist straps come in red, white, or black. We can also do other colors for larger volume orders.
